About Yin

My name is Yin Yin Chan. I'm a Taiwanese-American first generation immigrant born in Hong Kong. I'm a New Jersey native currently living in Southern California.

My path was far from linear. I grew up in my family's restaurants, studied hotel management in Boston, then rediscovered my joy of creating digitally and immersed myself in the New York tech and startup community for a number of years.

Parenthood has propelled my journey of healing, self-compasion, and understanding. It also inspired me to dig deeper into the instersection of philosophy, psychology, and spirituality.

Therapy and mental health resources (in the form of books and videos), has helped me become a better parent to the most spirited kid, a better partner to my wonderful wife, and a more compassionate person to myself.

Working with mental health professionals to establish and grow their business online is my way of helping in the way I can in return.
